As we reach the midpoint of the ILEA leadership year, chapter leaders are invited to a thought-provoking day focused on finishing the year strong and preparing for the future.

Our mid-year Regional Leadership Days, hosted by chapters within each of the four US regions and facilitated by each region’s RVP, are designed to generate the insights your board needs to level-up your board operations, raise the local value provided to members and develop your chapter leaders of the future.

The RVPs (supported by at least one Board of Governor) will be prepared to curate roundtable conversations on a wide variety of opportunities and will - for the first time - select the modules covered using input from the attendees at each Regional Leadership Day.
