Hi, I’m Suher! If you have met me, you don't forget me! I am a lover and a connector. I have been a wedding planner in California for (way) over a decade. Planning, designing and executing one-of-a-kind celebrations and events. But during these years I realized I didn't have a group of creatives to chat with, for advice or even to reach out to when I actually needed help. I have a vision for our industry that is built on collaboration and tons of fun! I wanted to create a safe space for our industry where all vendors and small business owners can show up as their true selves. Refined by Suher was born.

Briana is a seeker of love, light, joy, and wisdom! She is a modern day mystic, lighting candles, reading Rumi and howling at the moon. She is also a mama, military spouse, business professor and Soulful Success Coach! After years as a high level business consultant, marketer and strategist, she realized what was missing: SOUL. The next evolution of success is soulful success. Through her own struggle with chronic illness, burnout, and perfectionism, she discovered holistic tools and soulful strategies for healing mind, body and business!
